PIKE & SHOT

We began to play P&S with the appearing of DBR, mainly as a developement of our Late
Medieval armies, but this period has grasped the interest of our members.

We play with DBR, with a lot of criticisms (but without ammendments!), usually at 400 AP.

Curiously enough, our interest has been focused on both ends of the period, but not on the
middle! So, we have armies of the 16th C. and of the end of the 17th C., but not of the 30
Years War or the English Civil War.

The armies we play with are Italian Wars French, Imperial Spanish, Dutch Rebellion, 16th C.
Venetian, 16th C. Turkish, 17th C. Buccaneer, Swedish ca. 1695, Danish ca. 1695,
Brandenburg ca. 1690, Anglo-Dutch ca. 1690 and French ca. 1690.
