Ingredients: |
| Chickpeas, chorizo, chicken (optional), beef (a piece with bone) potatoes, carrots, beans, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and white wine. |

Preparation: |
| You can buy the chickpeas dry or in water, if you buy them dry leave them in water the night before you are going to cook. Put the chickpeas in the pot with water and the beef, chorizo, chicken, potatoes and carrots and leave it in the stove a medium heat for about 1 hour, just make sure there is enough water in the pot. The meat is to add flavor, so do not put much. After the hour, crush the garlic (no much), some black pepper, and cumin all together, add some white wine and mixed it. Add it to the pot and leave it for another hour. When it is done you can take out the clear soup and make a noodle soup with it. |
