Carne al vino

Ingredients:

Meat (Chicken, beet, pork), tomato salsa, carrots, mushrooms, onions, olive oil, white wine, oregano, garlic and black pepper.

Preparation:

Take the oregano, garlic, black pepper and crush it all together. In a pan heat the oil to medium heat. Add the onion that you have chopped before, when the onion is golden add the meat. When the meat is almost done add the tomato salsa and a little of flour and the crushed with a glass of white wine, the carrots and the mushrooms. Leave it to cook for about half hour.
