Bacalao en Pisto

Ingredients:

Cod, tomato salsa, onion, green pepper, olive oil, eggs and flour.

Preparation:

In a pan heat the oil to medium heat. Add the onion and green pepper that you have chopped before. At the same time in a container break the eggs (two) and get the cod dip in the eggs then dip it flour. When the pepper is almost fried add the cod and the tomato salsa. Fry it for about fifteen minutes.
